Hatha Yoga
(group & private)

If you would like to experience REAL YOGA (not the nowdays so common `` fitness - workout`` yoga)  then my classes are for you!

HATHA YOGA is a more traditional way of practising yoga. It  focuses on breath and physical alignment , increases self-awareness and builds strength, endurance and balance.
 
Hatha Yoga literally means “union through discipline of force”.
Hatha is also translated as Ha meaning “sun” and Tha meaning “moon.” 
 
HA - Sun (Yang), solar flow - active (male) power, hot 
THA - Moon (Yin), lunar flow - passive (female) power, cool
 
They are the two opposing ( though complement ) currents or forces in the universe, which manifest in our body. The purpose of hatha yoga is to establish perfect harmony between these two pranic flow/current. And when they are balanced, prana (life force)  will begin to flow freely and we gain perfect health. 
 
In Hatha Yoga we always move in to opposite directions, and by searching for the right direction Harmony is created.
The main focus is on our breath. The breath goes where there is space for, and where it is needed.

Candelite Yin Yoga

YIN YOGA is a quite, contemplative practice, which works deeply into our body with long -held, passive, floor poses. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Using different kind of props (bolsters, cushions, blocks and blankets)
Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of a more dynamic and invigorating `Yang` yoga practices).
Energetically, Yin Yoga opens the body’s meridian system, which enhances the body’s energetic flow and supports emotional equilibrium.

YIN YOGA teaches us to surrender, to let go and to love ourselves as we are. 

And as this practice emphasizes stillness and silence, Yin Yoga prepares both the body and the mind for deeper experiences in meditation.

Sound Bath Meditation
 (group & private)

Use the power of sound to bring balance, relaxation and a sense of well -being to your mind, body & spirit.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound ( himalayan singing bowls, gongs, my voice and wind chimes ) to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body.

It`s a vibrational medicine, an instantaneous way to quite your overactive mind and guides you into a gratified state of tranquility. It positively affect your nervous system, biofield and even your consciousness.
When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of relaxation, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
All you need to do is have an open mind, get comfortable, and listen.

AromaTouch Therapy is NOT a massage.

The main purpose of the Therapy is to apply the oils very gently, giving You an essential oil experience, working on your Emotional Body rather than your physical body.

Each of the eight essential oil in the AromaTouch Technique was selected for its individual aromatic properties, and for their powerful aromatic properties when combined.

Physical touch is as important to the AromaTouch Therapy as the aroma because of its amazing healing benefits. When we touch; we touch the Heart.
